NCR Voyix is looking for Field Service Technicians to provide best-in-class service to large retail customers. This role is crucial for keeping commerce running globally and acts as an ambassador for the NCR Voyix Brand. The Field Services Team creates value for customers by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. As a first-line response, you will communicate openly, helpfully, and engagingly, focusing on finding the right solution. You will organize and triage customer issues, and handle some problems before they start. Formal training will be provided through NCR Voyix, enabling fast learning in a virtual and hands-on classroom environment.
