About The Position

Daniels Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team and support hospitals with critical medical waste services. This is a hands-on role that involves direct interaction with hospital staff, container exchanges, waste segregation, and container servicing in clinical areas. The position requires physical activity, including lifting and moving containers, and maintaining inventory. The technician will use a company-provided smartphone for task management and communication, and will be responsible for keeping staging areas clean and orderly. The role emphasizes representing Daniels Health with professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Physically fit, comfortable with heavy lifting, and enjoys active, on-the-go work.
Personal transportation to both work sites.

Responsibilities

Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.
Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.
Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
Using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.
Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
