About The Position

Daniels Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team and support hospitals with critical medical waste services. This role involves hands-on work, moving, lifting, and making a significant impact daily. The technician will work directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation. Responsibilities include inspecting and servicing containers in clinical areas, which may involve entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients. The job requires lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day, maintaining inventory, and ensuring areas are stocked and organized. A company-provided smartphone will be used for task management, issue reporting, and team communication. The technician will also be responsible for keeping staging areas clean and orderly and representing Daniels Health with professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Physically fit, comfortable with heavy lifting, and enjoys active, on-the-go work.
  • Personal transportation to both work sites.
  • A team player who can also work independently without direct supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to paperwork and procedures.
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between assigned locations.
  • A can-do attitude and previous experience in a labor-intensive or logistics role.

Responsibilities
