About The Position

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support the Horizontal Pump Systems (HPS) for our Artificial Lift business segment located in Evans, CO. A Field Service Technician for the Horizontal Pump Systems is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of horizontal pump systems (HPS) used in industrial, water treatment, oil & gas, and other process environments. This role requires both mechanical and electrical skills to ensure pumps operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Technical certification or high school diploma/GED
2 years’ experience in field service work
2 years' experience with AC/DC motors, SCADA controls and communications systems and/or electrical work.
Must have a valid Drivers License
Can perform moderately complex pulls and installs independently
Strong customer relations skills including the ability to explain and train
Knowledge of wiring and cabling
Knowledge of proper use of hand tools
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to follow prescribed company policies, procedures, and protocols for installation, service and equipment maintenance

Responsibilities

Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Responsible for service delivery execution including installation of horizontal pumps, troubleshooting and perform service inspection.
Perform system testing, test pumps for proper flow, pressure and efficiency.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and well-site inspections.
Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
Maintain the required safety training.
