About The Position

Join VisiConsult, a global technology leader, and work hands-on with cutting-edge industrial X-ray systems. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring safety, reliability, and customer success across a wide range of industrial applications. This role requires 100% willingness to travel, as you will work both from your home office and directly on customer sites. This position supports customer programs that are subject to U.S. export control regulations and specific contractual requirements. Any offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate’s ability to perform the position in compliance with applicable export control laws and customer requirements. Employer sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization is not available for this position.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
2–4 years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or industrial/automated systems, preferably in x-ray or NDT field
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled systems (Siemens experience is a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applications
Hands-on, self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently in fast-paced field environments
Customer-focused team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, adaptable, and well-organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Willingness and ability to travel up to 100 %, primarily within the U.S. and occasionally internationally
Fluent English required

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or a related field preferred
Spanish language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair industrial X-ray inspection systems at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
Provide on-site, remote, and phone-based technical support to customers
Conduct customer training and system acceptance testing
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
Willingness to travel extensively (100%) within the U.S. and internationally as required by the role
