This role at DRN, a Motorola Solutions company, involves guiding field technicians, national installers, and customers through the installation and troubleshooting of DRN LPR systems. The Field Service Technician will regularly be on customer sites across the U.S., providing excellent customer service by independently troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and supporting customers on software and equipment such as mobile and fixed cameras, solar panels, and communication boxes. The objective is to ensure client satisfaction and timely, proper completion of all installation, service, and support aspects. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with greater than 50% travel.
