Our Field Service Operations team is responsible for providing technical support to drive the success of our customers at Aristocrat Gaming. As Senior Field Service Technician, you will be part of a team with employees across the United States and Canada. Whether it’s driving to a casino, troubleshooting a problem, or installing a new cabinet, we always bring the power of play to life. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a team, and engaging with customers, this is the role for you! The Senior Field Service Technician provides advanced technical support and guidance in field operations. They handle complex troubleshooting, repairs, and installations, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to efficiency improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of Aristocrat gaming products and a proactive approach to optimizing service quality and customer satisfaction. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months .
