About The Position

NCR Atleos is looking for Field Service Technicians to join their Field Services Team. This role creates value for customers by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. As a first-line responder, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner, focusing on finding the right solution. You will organize and triage customer issues, and handle some problems before they start. Formal training will be provided through NCR Atleos to enable fast learning and growth. Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access.
