About The Position

Yamazen Inc. is seeking a CNC Service Technician to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems on modern CNC machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines. The role is based out of a new state-of-the-art technical facility in Noblesville, IN, which includes office, conference, and high-tech showroom and integration areas. The technician will work with world-class products from Brother Industries, Matsuura, Nidec, and Takisawa Machine Tools.

Requirements

• Strong service background with direct experience in troubleshooting and repair of major machine systems.
• Ability to read part diagrams and schematics.
• Great organization and prioritization skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with machine tool integration.
• Experience with robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems on CNC machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines.
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems on CNC machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems on CNC machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems on CNC machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines.
• Work with world-class products from Brother Industries, Matsuura, Nidec, and Takisawa Machine Tools.
