About The Position

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician II to provide field support to customers in an assigned territory. As a first-line response for customers, the technician communicates helpfully, organizes and triages customer issues, and works to identify appropriate solutions. NCR Atleos provides virtual and hands-on classroom training, along with access to teachers, mentors, and coaches. The role supports financial institutions and retailers and represents the NCR Atleos brand while helping maintain commerce and self-service availability.

Requirements

Be a local candidate in the specific geographic area.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 19 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
Have PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with operating systems.
Be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged travel and driving several hours per day, rotating and weekend shifts, and lifting and carrying tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Be able to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
A+ Certification, CompTIA certification, or N+ Certification.
One or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
Service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
Perform maintenance repairs and system overhauls.
Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
Communicate with customers, organize and triage issues, and identify appropriate solutions.
