About The Position

Impact Robotics is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician II to support robotic systems at customer locations across the Southeast Region. This developmental, customer-facing field role involves troubleshooting and repairing equipment, completing preventive maintenance, staging and commissioning robots, documenting service activity, and assisting qualified deployment professionals with mapping, route validation, integrations, operator training, and go-live support. The technician independently performs approved Tier 2 service work while building the skills needed to lead standard deployments. The position is full-time and salaried, with a base salary range of $58,240–$70,720 annually, depending on relevant experience, technical capability, and qualifications. It requires approximately 40%–60% travel, including regular overnight travel; regional travel is primary, though national assignments may occur as the service footprint expands. Approved business travel expenses are reimbursed under company policy. Occasional early-morning, evening, weekend, or urgent onsite work may be required. The role offers a competency-based progression path from Tier 2 Field Technician / Deployment Assistant to Deployment Specialist and potentially Deployment Engineer with demonstrated advanced capability.
