About The Position
FMS, a Smart Care company based out of Spring Hill, FL focuses on the repair of hot-side commercial kitchen equipment repair on ovens, ranges and fryers. As a growing company, we’re committed to providing top-tier service while investing in our team’s success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military service, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Availability for on-call rotations (nights/weekends).
Nice To Haves
- Certifications (EPA, CFESA) or technical licenses.
- Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment.
- Independent, self-motivated work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment.
- Work closely with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Replace parts, recommend system improvements, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain safety standards, document work, and stay organized.
