About The Position

The Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of field technicians, ensuring customer needs are met in a service environment. This role involves managing team performance, conducting interviews and onboarding, gathering market intelligence, and performing various administrative and operational tasks. The supervisor will also be expected to travel regularly to rig and Frac sites, analyze system data, and mentor direct reports on MDT systems and equipment configuration.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Management experience (10 employees) within an oilfield service organization.
  • Must be flexible and responsive to customers' needs in a service environment.
  • Must be willing to travel on a routine basis. [75% travel]

Nice To Haves

  • AA Degree and/or equivalent education with 4+ years' experience in relevant field.
  • Electronic/mechanical background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly and monthly reports.
  • Communicate and hold team accountable.
  • Interview field technician candidates and onboard once hired.
  • Gather and utilize competitor intelligence to strengthen product offering and market position.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Manage a team of 10 employees within an oilfield service organization.
  • Be flexible and responsive to customers' needs in a service environment.
  • Travel on a routine basis (75% travel).
  • Analyze and access rig and Frac sites on MDT systems using various monitoring systems.
  • Interpret technical/electrical schematics.
  • Train and mentor direct reports on all MDT systems.
  • Program and configure DAQ, Mikrotik, Fortinet, Max Edge, DAS, and server systems.
  • Understand installation and commissioning processes for MDT drilling and Frac systems.
