About The Position

Boeing Global Services Government Services is seeking a Field Service Representative to support F-15SA at King Saud Airbase (Hafr Al Batin) Saudi Arabia. This is a Long-Term Assignment to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is within Field Operations, requiring employees to be willing and able to travel to various domestic and international locations, potentially on short notice, to meet customer needs. Field Operations employees may also be required to relocate based on customer or management requirements. Specific contracts may involve deployment to US DOD contingency operations, requiring employees to meet military contractor health standards.

Requirements

5+ years avionics system knowledge and experience
5+ years F-15 maintenance experience
5+ years’ experience maintaining military aircraft
Proficient in reading schematics and drawings
Knowledge of fighter aircraft support and test equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel
Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport and Saudi Arabia Visa
Must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable
Must be able to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country
Must be able to obtain clearances from International Health Services
Must be able to obtain a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned
Successful candidates must satisfy the company’s conflict of interest (CoI) assessment process.
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Responsibilities

Function as a liaison between Boeing and the Customer, developing excellent relationships to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
Monitor product performance and make recommendations for issue resolution.
Analyze technical data, evaluate maintenance procedures, and develop and conduct training.
Support maintenance personnel with troubleshooting of various aircraft systems and components.
Resolve maintenance and operational issues.
Provide field service representation and technical support to the customer, initiating corrective actions.
Utilize multi-discipline, technical expertise, and company knowledge to assist the customer in achieving and sustaining a high level of proficiency in operational and maintenance fields.
Understand customer expectations and assist the customer in interpreting and using support data and documents.
Work unsupervised for extended periods in a variety of environments.
Coach others on the maintenance of the F-15 Aircraft.
