About The Position

GT Independence is a family-founded national Financial Management Services (FMS) provider that supports people participating in self-direction programs as they manage long-term care and support services at home and in community-based settings. The Field Service Rep (Enrollment Specialist) conducts face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services through the self-direction model of care. The role advocates for and promotes self-direction by educating consumers and helping them understand the model.

The position works with consumers and their circles of support, including families and guardians, to complete enrollment in a timely and accurate manner. It also contributes to improving internal processes and systems, maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and conducts outreach to community partners, referral sources, and other stakeholders to support enrollment growth and service accessibility.

Requirements

• One year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
• Relevant experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• An associate or bachelor's degree in business, human services/social work, or marketing/communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support, including families and guardians, in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems to prevent future issues and enhance the service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
• Educate consumers about self-direction and facilitate their understanding of the model.
