Field Service Rep (Enrollments)
About The Position
The Field Service Rep (Enrollment Specialist) conducts face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services that support self-direction. The role advocates for and promotes self-direction by educating consumers and helping them understand the self-direction model of care. It also supports enrollment growth and service accessibility through outreach to community partners, referral sources, and other stakeholders. GT Independence is a family-founded national Financial Management Services provider that helps people participating in self-direction programs manage long-term care and support services at home and in community-based settings. The organization provides person-centered financial and administrative services intended to promote personal choice, independence, and quality of life. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour.
Requirements
- One year of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
- Candidates with experience relevant to the position will be considered.
Nice To Haves
- An associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support, such as family members and guardians, in a timely manner.
- Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
- Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems to prevent future issues and enhance the service experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Conduct external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
- Educate consumers about self-direction and facilitate their understanding of the model of care.
