About The Position

The Field Service Rep (Enrollment Specialist) conducts face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services through the self-direction model of care. The role advocates for and promotes self-direction by educating consumers and helping them understand the model. It also supports person-centered service and enrollment growth through accurate enrollment administration and outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with the person served and their circle of support, such as family members and guardians, in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems to prevent future issues and enhance the service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and improve service accessibility.
