The Specialist, Field Service Partner Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Service Partner relationship setup; including customer vendor master to ensure internal policy and process is followed. The position is expected to work within all guidelines to support all aspects Field Service business for B2C and B2B including but not limited to master data, compliance and non-warranty payment processing, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • 3+ years’ experience in Service Administration

Responsibilities

  • Follow guidelines put in place in relation to company policy for compliance of customer/vendor master
  • Report network compliance of service network; background, license, insurance, sales tax etc.
  • Process new service contracts to onboard providers as needed
  • Execute all aspects of customer, vendor, partner system setup to ensure internal checkpoints are met
  • Process payments for non-warranty approved items
  • Work hand and hand with contracting staff to execute current projects and tasks
  • Engage with leadership to monitor and revise policies related to compliance of customer/vendor master that are appropriate for Field Service.
  • Overall management of service network; background, license, insurance, sales tax etc.
  • Work with Field Service teams to expedite execution and onboarding of necessary service contracts
  • Secure budget and manage non-warranty payments to service network within said budgets within a timely manner
