While our technicians deliver service in the field, this role ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced service environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills (phone, email, internal teams)
  • Experience coordinating field service, dispatch, scheduling, or operations workflows
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding service scope
  • High attention to detail with consistent follow‑through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–3 years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, operations, or a similar role

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Experience using service management software, CRM, ERP, or scheduling systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate daily, weekly, and long‑term service work for Field Service Technicians
  • Optimize technician routing and maintain accurate service calendars
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing scheduling updates and service support
  • Coordinate closely with Service, Sales, Accounting, and Field Operations teams
  • Manage parts, materials, and job readiness for scheduled service work
  • Respond to and coordinate urgent or emergency service requests
  • Maintain accurate service records, customer notes, and documentation within CRM/ERP systems
  • Communicate scheduling changes clearly to customers and technicians
  • Ensure service orders are completed within established timelines
  • Generate job status, scheduling, and workload reports as needed
  • Review service orders and coordinate with subcontractors or external partners when required
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support overall service operations
