About The Position

Staff Zone, a National Leader in Construction Staffing and a Nationally Accredited Woman-Owned Business, is seeking a passionate and driven Field Service Manager. This role is crucial for servicing clients and assisting with sales functions, including daily dispatch with the Branch Manager. We welcome applicants with experience in face-to-face sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will be located inside the perimeter to service both East Point and Doraville branches and their markets. Staff Zone is committed to providing temporary workers for commercial construction, industrial, and special events companies, and has a proven record of significant revenue growth.

Requirements

Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus
Ability to upsell current business
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Engage in sales, service, and business development
Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, maintain good customer service (12 – 15 site visits a day)
Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members
Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis
Assist with operations at the Branch
Report to branch daily for dispatch
Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required
