This role oversees technicians, coordinates projects, ensures equipment reliability, and delivers exceptional service to customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in field service, industrial water treatment, or related operations
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience with pumps, filtration, UF, NF, RO, and DI systems
  • Relevant certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field service operations, schedules, and team performance
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and readiness of industrial water rental equipment
  • Coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources for customer projects
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Serve as a key contact for customer needs, updates, and issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot field, equipment, and operational issues
  • Train, mentor, and develop field service employees
  • Track inventory, service records, and operational documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency
