About The Position

ProAutomated is building its hiring pipeline for early 2026 for adaptable, hands-on problem-solvers who enjoy travel and customer-facing technical work. The role supports automation projects by partnering with system integrators and manufacturers to help ensure systems work correctly; it does not involve installing systems. Four weeks of paid training prepares technically skilled employees for field work, and requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking. The position involves extensive travel across North America and working away from home on rotating schedules, with no office to report to. Typical rotations include 5 days on and 2 off, 10 on and 4 off, or 14 on and 7 off. The company offers paid training, annual merit raises, and a 5% salary increase after six months.
