Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years related experience
• Exposure to the printed circuit board and semiconductor packaging industries
• Ability to travel from 50- 75%; both domestic and internationally

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer demonstrations, material evaluation, on-site installations, as well as servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems for all products and markets.
• Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment.
• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and provides training.
• When not traveling may be called upon to participate in the Call Center Phone Support and CRM system and perform other internal activities.
• May also eventually be assigned to specific customer accounts as the primary technical support contact.
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
