About The Position

The Field Service Engineer role requires strong electro-mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve operational and maintenance issues on mechanical systems. This position involves performing repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide range of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems, including plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems. The successful candidate will apply sound judgment to resolve non-standard maintenance and operational problems, follow general work instructions and job plans while ensuring quality and safety standards, and efficiently review and complete assigned work orders, maintenance tasks, and repair projects. The role is full-time and requires the ability to work within a highly regulated environmental compliance culture and follow strict safety procedures. Requirements

  • Strong Electro-Mechanical Knowledge
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, troubleshoot electrical systems, and work with sensors, PLCs, motors, and control systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organization, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work within a highly regulated environmental compliance culture and follow strict safety procedures.
  • Willingness to work a compressed work-week schedule.
  • Experience working in cleanroom environments.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Experience supporting facility operations and maintaining mechanical building systems.
