About The Position

At Logisnext UK, we're looking for a skilled engineer who takes pride in solving problems, delivering great customer service and keeping equipment running when our customers need it most. This is a home-based Field Service Engineer role covering primarily Leicestershire and Warwickshire, with ideal candidate locations including Rugby, Corby, Kettering, South Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. You'll be joining a business with more than 60 years of industry expertise and a growing portfolio that includes forklift trucks, warehouse equipment and advanced automation technologies, including AGVs. Whether your background is forklifts, plant machinery, HGVs, agricultural equipment, PSV, automotive engineering or the Armed Forces, we'll provide the specialist product training you need to succeed. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be based from home and manage your own territory, supporting customers across Leicestershire and Warwickshire. No two days are the same. One day you could be carrying out planned maintenance on a customer's fleet. The next you could be diagnosing an electrical fault, carrying out a breakdown repair or installing new equipment.

Requirements

• Mechanical engineering experience
• Basic electrical fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience maintaining or repairing machinery, vehicles or equipment
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently
• Good customer service skills
