This is a fully remote position for a Field Service Engineer in Pennsylvania, specializing in nationwide maintenance of critical power systems including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), DC Plants (Rectifiers), and Power-Distribution Units (PDU). With 40 years of leadership in critical power maintenance, we have a proven track record of serving more Fortune 500 companies than any other independent critical power maintenance company since 1969, ensuring our clients' power remains uninterrupted.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field.
- Experience in reputed UPS manufacturers like Liebert, Powerware, MGE, APC, Chloride, Mitsubishi, Toshiba will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, test and troubleshoot complex problems related to uninterruptible power systems (UPS).
- Install, update, manage and maintain software on UPS systems.
- Diagnose and effect repairs to the UPS systems.
- Provide technical support, problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible to adjust to changing field conditions.
