The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through great communication, solid problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude. This position reports to the Sr. Field Service Manager of the Southeast field service team and will be a fully remote role, supporting our customers in the greater Southeast US states. The ideal candidate is located within one hour of Philadelphia, PA. In this role you will have the opportunity to proactively manage customer accounts, while building and fostering positive and professional relationships with both external and internal customers, propose process improvements that improve internal and external customer processes, and manage a diverse technical product portfolio.
