The engineer will respond to service requests within SLA requirements, collaborate with service teams to resolve complex technical issues, and assist with new automation installations. Responsibilities also include documenting issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning, providing product feedback for continuous improvement, and working independently with minimal supervision.
