The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through great communication, solid problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude. This position reports to the Sr. Regional Field Service Manager of the Northwest field service team and will be a fully remote role in Chicago area, supporting our customers in the greater Northwest US states.

Requirements

  • Associates degree with 2+ years of Field Service experience or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biology or related degree or equivalent military experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving and repair skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills utilized in a professional manner
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • This position requires the ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms.
