About The Position

The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the needs of our customers, which directly impacts patient health and overall well-being. This position reports to the Area Service Manager and is part of the Field Service organization and works remotely to cover Tulsa, OK and the surrounding area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to install, repair, calibrate, clean and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner. You will also build and maintain positive customer relationships, review solutions with customers, discuss needs and ensure a safe operation situation. Additionally, you will maintain a field parts inventory, testing devices and tools, and ensure a clean and safe working environment at the customer site and in the company vehicle.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree / Technical Associate’s degree or Electronic Technology Diploma and/or relevant Military experience
  • Recent graduate or 1+ year experience as a Field Service Engineer or basic troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking, IT system upgrades or similar
  • Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: This position requires travel up to 50%, which may potentially include overnight stays
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with analyzer network/connectivity setup and support directly to Laboratory Information System/Health Care Information systems.
  • Preferred Comp TI A+ certification.
  • Experience in the medical field
