The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the needs of our customers, which directly impacts patient health and overall well-being. This position reports to the Area Service Manager and is part of the Field Service organization and works remotely to cover Tulsa, OK and the surrounding area.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree / Technical Associate’s degree or Electronic Technology Diploma and/or relevant Military experience
  • Recent graduate or 1+ year experience as a Field Service Engineer or basic troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking, IT system upgrades or similar
  • Travel up to 50%, which may potentially include overnight stays
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with analyzer network/connectivity setup and support directly to Laboratory Information System/Health Care Information systems.
  • Preferred Comp TI A+ certification.
  • Experience in the medical field

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, calibrate, clean and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Review solutions with customers; discuss needs and ensure a safe operation situation.
  • Maintain a field parts inventory, testing devices and tools. Maintain clean and safe working environment at the customer site and in the company vehicle.
