About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Navy 3M Subject Matter Expert to enhance fleet maintenance readiness by providing technical guidance on shipboard maintenance processes, assessments, and integrated systems. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team focused on ensuring the reliability and sustainment of the SSEE system and reviewing and responding to Fleet support communications regarding Feedback Reports to maintain operational continuity.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with U.S. Navy 3M maintenance processes or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
• RCM Level II certification (required)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
• U.S. CITIZENSHIP
• U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY

Nice To Haves

• Experience troubleshooting C5ISR systems
• Experience with SSEE Increment E, SSEE Increment F, and/or Tactical Cryptologic System (TCS)
• Active-Duty U.S. Navy experience as a Work Center Supervisor or 3M Coordinator
• Active-Duty U.S. Navy experience as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM)
• Working knowledge of Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs), Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs), and Feedback Reports (FBRs)
• Prior shipboard maintenance, inspection, or readiness support experience
• Familiarity with Navy logistics and technical data systems
• Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams
• Strong problem‑solving and technical documentation abilities
