About The Position
In direct contact with the customer, the FSE is the connection between customer and after sales service. To perform field service on our equipment with basics understanding of electricity and power conversion equipment and to start-up, repair, and maintenance our products. Service Trips are typically one to five days in duration, mostly weekdays with travel of 60% of the time.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of electricity and power conversion equipment.
- Ability to perform start-up, repair, and maintenance of products.
- Willingness to travel 60% of the time.
