They have a strong desire to master both the technical attributes of our Multi-Beat Mask Writer and the people skills required to take the role in front of our critical customer. IMS has a primary US office in Santa Clara, CA – in the heart of Silicon Valley - and a critical office and training center in Hillsboro, OR; this role requires an in-person presence in our Santa Clara, CA office with a daily presence at our nearby customer site(s). This non-exempt role reports directly to the Lead, Field Service Engineer in charge at IMS America and strongly aligns with the headquarters' R&D and Operations teams in Vienna, Austria.
