The Field Service Engineer is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality field services that restore, sustain, and optimize customer operations. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving issues related to Yokogawa control systems and products, executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, performing system configuration changes and upgrades, and completing all required service documentation in accordance with Yokogawa standards, procedures, and safety requirements. The position supports both on-site service delivery and remote escalation pathways, including close collaboration with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC), Headquarters, and other internal technical teams. Success in this role requires a strong service mindset, a customer-first approach, effective collaboration, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
