About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an elite closer who loves to teach to join their team as a Field Sales Trainer. This role involves keeping selling at a high level while developing new sales representatives into confident, high-performing closers. The trainer will be responsible for initial training classes, product training, field shadowing, providing feedback, and leading by example through personal sales production. The goal is to drive the ramp-up and retention of new hires and track their performance across divisions.

Requirements

• Proven top performer in in-home or outside sales
• Natural coach who gets a charge out of watching someone you trained close a deal
• Organized, consistent, and comfortable leading from the front
• Demonstrated success closing in-home sales (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors a plus)
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training other sellers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel across your divisions; 30–90 minute drive times)
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Run initial training classes and product training for new sales reps
• Shadow reps in the field, run mid-calls, and give clear, actionable feedback
• Lead by example by maintaining strong personal sales production
• Drive the ramp-up and retention of newly hired Home Remodeling Experts
• Track performance and develop your reps across 1–3 divisions
