About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an elite closer who loves to teach to join their team as a Field Sales Trainer. In this role, you will continue to sell at a high level while also developing new hires into confident, high-performing closers. The company is one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the nation and is investing in its sales trainers.

Requirements

• Proven top performer in in-home or outside sales
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training other sellers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Weekend availability

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated success closing in-home sales (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors a plus)

Responsibilities

• Run initial training classes and product training for new sales reps
• Shadow reps in the field, run mid-calls, and give clear, actionable feedback
• Lead by example by maintaining strong personal sales production
• Drive the ramp-up and retention of newly hired Home Remodeling Experts
• Track performance and develop your reps across 1–3 divisions
