Requirements

  • Experience in the medical distribution and supplied industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales training programs and initiatives, assuming full control and accountability for assigned training initiatives, focusing on sales team skills and productivity.
  • Assess participant skill and knowledge levels and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Provide guidance regarding coaching and performance management opportunities (inclusive of probationary period assessment).
  • Participate in training functions, special events, and corporate conferences in the capacity of training and facilitating where needed.
  • Coach and train sales representatives and sales leaders in a one-to-one or group setting on how to evaluate and deal with unique selling scenarios or skill development requirements.
  • Work directly with internal training team in the development of training solutions to drive sales team skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with content development and design team.
  • Design, assess and update training programs.
  • Ensure training programs reflect current business practices and policies.
  • Enhance or create training materials and tools as required.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand strategic and tactical business objectives and identify development needs and priorities.
  • Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate development solutions with supporting cost benefit analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure training program logistics support the business.
  • Maintain communication links at all levels regarding training endeavors.
