About The Position

U.S. LawShield is seeking a charismatic, high-performing Field Sales Representative to deliver group presentations and support events in the Sacramento, California area. The role focuses on guiding small groups of prospective members through a 20–30-minute presentation, answering questions, addressing objections, and helping prospects decide whether to enroll. The representative communicates the company’s mission to educate, prepare, and protect responsible self-defenders, and represents the brand professionally and enthusiastically.

This is a flexible part-time position centered primarily on weekends and gun shows, with weekday events also available. Consistent availability and reliability are essential; committing to more events can increase income and growth opportunities. Compensation includes unlimited commission, and consistent presenters typically earn $2,000 or more per month while working 10–20 focused hours per week. The company pays for the Property & Casualty license and provides complete training and materials. Top performers may receive priority consideration for full-time positions.

Requirements

• Strong presentation and closing skills, including the ability to guide small groups effectively.
• Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
• Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
• Technology proficiency under pressure, including PowerPoint, apps, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license; the company pays for the license.
• Consistent availability and reliability for events.
