About The Position

As a Field Sales Representative, you will represent Booksy in the Tampa (Carrollwood) region and help grow its presence among beauty-industry businesses. You will build relationships with local businesses, promote Booksy’s solutions, and help clients understand how to use the app to support their success. The role involves managing a prospective-client pipeline, conducting outreach, attending industry events, giving product demonstrations, and educating clients about the app’s features. Candidates must be located in Tampa, Florida (Carrollwood region), and have access to a vehicle for travel to client locations. Compensation is a base salary of $50,000–$65,000 plus uncapped variable compensation of $36,000 or more. The position is remote-first with flexible work schedules, with the expectation that the employee is based in the advertised region.

Requirements

Candidates must be located in Tampa, Florida (Carrollwood region).
Access to a vehicle for travel to client locations is required.
Results-driven attitude and motivation with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Prior exposure to door-to-door field sales is preferred, with 2–4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

Grow Booksy’s presence in the Tampa region by introducing its solutions to small businesses.
Build lasting relationships through face-to-face interactions and share business solutions with prospective clients.
Manage a pipeline of potential clients and grow a book of business through cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach.
Attend industry events, conduct product demonstrations, and educate clients on the app’s features to support their long-term success.
Represent Booksy’s values and vision and promote adoption of its services among businesses.
