About The Position

Booksy is hiring a Field Sales Representative to represent the company in the Tampa (Carrollwood) region. The role focuses on growing Booksy’s presence by helping small businesses adopt its solutions and build successful businesses. The representative will connect with businesses across the beauty industry, manage a pipeline of potential clients, and educate clients about the Booksy app and its features. Candidates must be located in the Tampa, Florida (Carrollwood) region and have access to a vehicle for travel to client locations. The position offers a base salary of $50,000–$65,000 plus uncapped variable compensation of $36,000 or more.

Requirements

Must be located in the Tampa, Florida (Carrollwood) region.
Must have access to a vehicle to drive to client locations.
Results-driven attitude and motivation and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Two to four years of door-to-door field sales experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not required.
Experience selling for technology or SaaS companies and working with small-business clients is a plus.
Experience using Salesforce to organize sales processes and manage a pipeline.

Responsibilities

Grow Booksy’s presence in Tampa by introducing its solutions to small businesses.
Build lasting relationships through face-to-face interactions and communicate business solutions.
Manage a potential-client pipeline and grow a book of business using cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach.
Attend industry events, conduct product demonstrations, and educate clients about the app’s features to support their success.
