About The Position

This is a talent pool for Field Sales Representative roles at Vanta Diagnostics. Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • 6+ months minimum of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers.
  • Strong long-term relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.
  • Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.
  • Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring.
  • Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on the portfolio of products: Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others.
  • Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions.
  • Develop and manage a territory plan that meets or exceeds targeted goals.
  • Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management.
  • Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facilities.
