The Coordinator, Talent Pool serves as the central coordination and intake function for participants entering the project. This role manages participant registration, conducts intake assessments, verifies eligibility requirements, and ensures participants remain connected with their assigned WorkBC caseworkers throughout the project. As the primary point of contact for participants, the Coordinator provides consistent communication, responds to inquiries, and supports individuals in navigating project processes and expectations. The role oversees participant enrollment flow, manages waitlists, and maintains accurate documentation to ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements. Working closely with the project team and WorkBC Centres, the Coordinator supports participant tracking, referrals, and data management to strengthen coordination and support employment placement outcomes. The role also contributes to project closure activities, including documentation reconciliation and reporting preparation.
