Field Engineer I & II - Talent Pool

Samet CorporationRaleigh, NC
Onsite

About The Position

This is an evergreen talent-pipeline posting open across all six Samet offices — not a specific, currently open position. Applying here puts you on our radar across all six Samet offices—so when the right opportunity fits, whether that’s now or a few months down the road, we already know you and you already know us. No perfect timing required; we’d just love to start the conversation. As a Field Engineer at Samet, you’re an emerging leader at the center of how our projects get built. Working alongside the superintendent, you help coordinate trade partners, keep the schedule honest, document progress in Procore, and hold the line on safety and quality on an active job site. It’s hands-on, fast-moving work—and it’s where many of Samet’s best builders got their start. Field Engineers grow into the field leaders our projects need. You’ll learn our systems, sharpen your construction knowledge through Samet University and Builders Building Builders, and build the judgment that carries you toward the Assistant Superintendent path and beyond. If you want to learn the craft of building from the people who do it best, this is where you start.
