About The Position

Mosaic is seeking a driven, outgoing Field Sales Representative to support its Google client across a territory of more than 50 retail locations. The representative will serve as a brand expert for retail staff and customers, drive sales and market share, deliver product training, build relationships with store teams, and maintain compelling store displays. The role offers a $55,000 base salary, bonus potential, and career development and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Ability to connect with people and interest in working in fast-paced retail or sales environments.
Confidence leading in-person and virtual trainings and events.
Ability to work with data, strategy, and big-picture thinking.
Organized, takes initiative, and is willing to take on challenges.
Experience in sales, customer service, or retail; team leadership experience is especially relevant.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to expert across the assigned territory, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to retail staff and customers.
Drive sales in the assigned territory to meet or exceed targets.
Monitor sales performance metrics and project future revenue trends.
Stay informed about competitors and customer preferences to tailor the sales approach.
Lead product trainings for retail teams in person and online, from brief discussions to full team sessions.
Build relationships with store leaders and associates and encourage them to become brand advocates.
Develop strategic actions to increase sales and market share, and track results using tools.
Keep store displays fresh, clean, and appealing.
Represent the brand with energy and integrity.
