About The Position

Mosaic is hiring a Field Sales Representative to support its Google client across a dynamic territory of 50+ retail locations. The representative will serve as a brand expert for retail staff and customers, drive sales, build relationships with store teams, deliver product trainings, and support strong in-store brand presentation. The role combines customer engagement, sales performance analysis, territory strategy, and retail execution. Mosaic is part of Acosta Group, a marketing agency with more than 3,000 team members and hubs in Toronto and Dallas. The organization has more than 35 years of experience in experiential marketing, integrated commerce campaigns, and field sales strategies. The position offers a base salary of $56,000, bonus potential, and career development and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Ability to connect with people and work in fast-paced retail or sales environments.
Confidence leading in-person and virtual trainings and events.
Ability to work with data, strategy, and big-picture thinking.
Strong organization and initiative, with a willingness to take on challenges.
Experience in sales, customer service, or retail.

Responsibilities

Serve as a territory expert for retail staff and customers, bringing enthusiasm and product expertise.
Drive sales in the assigned territory to meet or exceed targets.
Monitor sales performance metrics and project future revenue trends.
Track competitors and customer preferences to tailor the sales approach.
Lead product trainings for retail teams, both in-store and online.
Build relationships with store leaders and associates and develop them as brand advocates.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share, and track results using relevant tools.
Keep store displays fresh, clean, and appealing.
