About The Position

We're seeking a motivated sales professional to recruit local small businesses into a growing delivery partner program. You'll spend your time in the field building relationships with business owners, presenting the program, qualifying prospects, and guiding partners through the onboarding process. This is an outside sales role offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Requirements

2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
Previous outside sales, field sales, or door-to-door sales experience preferred.
CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

Prospect and visit businesses throughout the assigned territory.
Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Present program benefits and answer questions from prospective partners.
Qualify leads and support businesses through the application process.
Manage activity, pipeline, and follow-up efforts in Salesforce.
Attend networking, recruiting, and community outreach events.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Excel.
Deliver a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
