About The Position

WORLDS™️ is seeking an energetic Venue Representative to serve as an on-site company ambassador for the immersive show BEAUTIFICA, representing the company to venue staff and audiences. The show features immersive music and art cinematic projection experiences at planetariums and giant screen theaters and is designed to relieve stress and evoke joy, happiness, and relaxation. BEAUTIFICA will run at the planetarium while there is demand for seats. This is a part-time position. The successful applicant will be hired into one of Poseidon's US-based partner companies, and employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory results of a thorough background check.

The Venue Representative sets up and takes down the lobby area, welcomes and checks in guests, answers questions, handles merchandise inventory and sales, and facilitates events to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role also involves communicating promptly with the Venue Operations team and sharing suggestions for improving the experience. The upcoming schedule lists Sunday shifts from 1:30 PM to 7:15 PM on October 18, 25, and November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, and December 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2026.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has customer service experience and social media knowledge, and brings an upbeat, positive personality. The role calls for reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, good judgment, calm problem-solving under pressure, and the ability to work collaboratively and confidently direct on-site staff helpers when needed.
