About The Position

XDS Bicycles, a major global bicycle manufacturer, is entering the US market with its X-LAB line of high-performance bicycles. Leveraging extensive experience in carbon fiber frame production, proprietary materials science, and automated manufacturing, XDS aims to disrupt the North American market. The company is seeking a Field Sales Representative to establish the XDS brand in North America. This is a field-based sales role focused on opening new dealer accounts and increasing product visibility in shops across a defined territory. The representative will be responsible for in-person prospecting, building relationships with shop owners and managers, and serving as the brand's on-the-ground presence. The territory for this position covers Florida and nearby states in the Southeast USA.

Requirements

  • Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads
  • Ability to build interest and convert into sales
  • Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person
  • Strong organization and follow up skills
  • Background or interest in cycling or performance sports

Responsibilities

  • Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships
  • Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins
  • Take deals from first conversation through initial order
  • Train shop staff on product and positioning
  • Keep a pulse on competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics
  • Represent XDS in a professional, consistent way
