About The Position

U.S. LawShield is hiring a part-time Field Sales Representative in Madison, Wisconsin, to deliver group presentations and represent the company at local firearms ranges, stores, training facilities, gun shows, and other events. The role is suited to a confident, charismatic presenter who can engage small groups, answer questions, address objections, and guide prospective members toward enrollment. The schedule is flexible, with work primarily on weekends and at gun shows, as well as weekday events. Consistent availability and reliability are essential. Compensation includes uncapped commission; the posting says consistent presenters typically earn $2,000 or more per month while working 10–20 focused hours per week, and top performers may develop substantial part-time or full-time income. U.S. LawShield covers the cost of the required Property & Casualty license and provides complete training and materials. Top performers may receive priority consideration for full-time positions. Requirements

Strong presentation and closing skills, including the ability to guide small groups effectively.
Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
Technology proficiency under pressure, including PowerPoint, apps, and troubleshooting.
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
Consistent availability and reliability for events.
